A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work directly with clients while implementing individualized goals under the supervision of the Behavior Analyst. Such goals are proposed by the Behavior Analyst after learning the needs of the client through interview and assessment, then creating an individualized treatment plan to support success across presented challenges.

The Behavior Analyst will then share progress and train the parent in implementation of treatment goals in the home and community during parent education and training sessions.
