ABA Clinician and Student Analyst Development

ABA is a science, and each practitioner is and will always be a student. However, students should seek continued guidance and development from a teacher and/or mentor. This helps to improve the quality of services delivered to our clients. Great Strides offers qualified mentors to students seeking behavior analyst certification and ABA practitioners who are seeking to perfect their craft and service. Great Strides offers student and practitioner skills assessments, individualized goals and planning, and supervision.

Great Strides also offers assistance to larger ABA services providers/businesses in the form of staff wide training sessions, documentation reviews, program and protocol review, and clinical director consultation. In the event that a service provider is in need of a clinical director, Great Strides would assist with filling those positions and responsibilities until the position is permanently staffed.
